All orders ship from our Los Angeles, California fulfillment facility within 24 hours of ordering; however, during special events order processing can take 1-3 business days. When your order ships, you’ll get an email with a tracking link. Tracking information can take 24-48 hours to update.
Do you offer FREE SHIPPING?
We offer FREE Standard shipping for U.S. orders over $40 to the continental U.S. Free shipping is based on your order total after promotional discounts have been applied and before shipping charges, taxes, etc.
Please note that we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or US nationally observed holidays.
What shipping methods do you offer?
We have two methods of shipping. Standard shipping and 2-Day shipping.

The above timelines for Standard shipping apply to the 48 contiguous states only:
- Orders shipped to Hawaii and Alaska on Standard shipping have an estimated 2-3 business day delivery period.
- Orders shipped to Military Bases or to Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands have an estimated 3-4 business day delivery period.
My package says delivered, but I didn’t receive it.
Sometimes FedEx/UPS/USPS tracking information can be incorrect, and packages are marked as delivered before they actually arrive! Your package will most likely be delivered within a few days, but it’s great to check with your neighbors and/or post office for more information in the meantime!
Please note, Homeland Goods is not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from USPS to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays. Our team can only view the same information that you can via your order’s tracking number.
For domestic orders, shipping may take up to 7 business days.For international orders, shipping may take up to 10 business days.
