Returns:

We want you to love your purchase, and if for whatever reason you don’t you may contact us to start a return up to 14 days after delivery. Please email info@homelandgoods.com to start the return process, and receive a Return Authorization (RMA), please do not return any order without an RMA. Please make sure you keep all original packaging.

 For returned orders, please note that we will issue a full refund for your order once it is received at our fulfillment facility. We are unable to process a refund for a returned order until we physically receive the package. We apologize for any inconvenience!

 

If you ordered using a credit card, we will credit your account within 14 business days. The credit should appear on your next statement, depending on the issuing bank and/or billing cycle. Unfortunately, we cannot refund your original shipping charges.

 

 

Received the Wrong Item:

If you receive an incorrect order, we are so sorry for the mix up! Please email info@homelandgoods.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and pictures of the following:

- a picture of the incorrect product(s) received with barcode visible.

- a list of the item(s) that are missing.

 

 

Damaged Item(s):

If you receive a damaged or defective product, you must report this within 7 days of delivery or receipt of order in person. Please email info@homelandgoods.com and provide a photo of the damaged or defective product along with your order number. If the product is deemed defective Homeland Goods will replace the product at no additional charge.
